Think of podcasting as a mailing list subscription, only that instead of receiving text messages in your inbox, you get media content automatically delivered to your podcast-aware player, such as iTunes. It's fast, free and works great with syncing Seminars to your iPod and other portable devices.

If you are using iTunes you can click the purple Podcast logo (above) or here to subscribe. For all other players, cut and paste the following URL into your player's podcast subscription form.
